Guard Malik Beasley is under federal examination in connection with claims that he was tied to betting activity on NBA games and prop bets, ESPN reported Sunday.


The allegations date to the 2023-24 season when Beasley was with the Milwaukee Bucks, one of six teams he has bet considering that the Denver Nuggets chose him No. 19 general in the 2016 NBA Draft.


He spent the 2024-25 season with the Detroit Pistons on an one-year, $6 million agreement and is due to become a complimentary agent when the brand-new league year starts Monday night.
